Obituary

Stephanie was born November 7, 1955 in Wheaton, Maryland. She grew up in an authoritarian upper-class home and at the age of 16 left home and school to explore the country and counterculture. She traveled south to Florida working the shrimping industry for a while, continuing through the south and on to California. After 2 years, Stephanie made Portland, Oregon her home. It was here that she met Jason Regan and had her son Luke. The three of them moved to Spokane for a short time before arriving in Tonasket where sons Cory and Waylon were born. After separating from Jason, a lifelong romance with Billy Allstot quickly started. They combined families and raised seven children. They also began "Stephanie's Floral", producing cut and dried floral arrangements of her own design and creation that they sold all over the Puget Sound. Later she partnered with Billy to start a fruit and vegetable business. As with everything they did, together they produced, processed, marketed
and delivered for 40 years. During that time, their children played a large part and were taught a strong work and business ethic that mirrored how Stephanie worked and lived.

Stephanie not only cared for her family but also many animals. Dogs Lucy, Ernest, Duke and lastly Elvis were cherished friends. She also raised milked cows producing a vast supply of milk, butter, cream and cheese that were enjoyed by family and neighbors for years.

Stephanie was a hard worker; many would say the hardest worker. One look or feel of her strong and capable hands and you instantly knew you were dealing with a high caliber individual with a history and life of getting things done.

Stephanie was a source of solid and direct judgment, endless strength and unmatched devotion that will be missed.

Stephanie is survived by her husband Billy, children Luke (Shannon), Cory (Tory), Waylon (Moriah), Bill (Arieta), Noah (Jamalyah) and Emily, grandchildren Cody, Tucker, Brodie, Bailey, Axle, Slader, River, Shantel, Jeremiah, Noah, Amele, Abe, Luq, Gianna, Carly, and Doc; and two great grandchildren.

She is preceded by her mother, father, brother Steve and son Jeremiah.
