Sandra Jean Luntsford Michel age 66 of Republic died on Sunday, September 11, 2011 at her home in Republic. She was born on January 9, 1945 in Wenatchee to parents John and Opal Luntsford. Sandy moved to Republic in 1952 and attended the Republic Schools. She met Bo Michel in the summer of 1963 and they were married on December 27, 1963. They were blessed with four children and were married for 48 years. Sandy loved camping at the family camp on Hall Creek with family and friends. Sandy also enjoyed gardening and loved dancing with Bo, and playing darts and pool. Sandy's biggest love was for her family and she loved taking care of her kids and grandkids.

Her husband, Bo Michel of Republic

Four children: Mike, David, Jerry and Brenda

13 Grandchildren: Aaron, Troy, Nik, Justeen, Kohl, Kaleb, Kelsey, Bo, Alex, Kristjan, Mary, Dylan and Natasha

3 Great Grandchildren: Aylynn, Raevynn and Ezeequal

Sandy was preceded in death by her mother, father, 2 sisters and 4 brothers

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2011 11:00AM at the Republic Cemetery, viewing will be at the cemetery held at 10 AM before the service.
