Sandra Chittenden's Obituary
Sandra K. Chittenden, age 76, of Tonasket, WA passed away on May 08, 2017 at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee. Sandra was born June 27, 1940 in Grand Haven, MI to parents Helmer and Sadie Johnson. She grew up in Muskegon, MI. In 1957 she married Jim Chittenden in Spring Lake, MI. In 1962 they moved to Washington State. She worked for Peterson's Meat Packing in Sumner, WA for many years. In 1979 they moved to Tonasket. She also worked many years at the North Valley hospital and nursing home. Together they owned and operated J-San Auto body. Sandra loved playing scrabble and visiting with family. She also had a love for music and The Lord.
She was a member of the Oroville United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her spouse Jim Chittenden, children; Vicki Heath of Aberdeen, Dean Alan Chittenden of Tacoma and Lorne Chittenden of Auburn, brother Raymond Johnson, 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday June 3rd , 2017 at 11AM at the
Oroville United Methodist Church
