Obituary

Roger, 37, of Danville, WA died November 12th, 2017. He was born September 25th, 1980 to parents Harold and Jeanine in Grand Forks, BC.
Roger was born in 1980 and shared the beginning of his life with his twin brother Russell! Roger attended and graduated from Curlew School where he played football and baseball. He lived in Danville all of his life other than a few brief stints in Spokane. Roger had one passion and it was living and working on the family farm in Danville, WA. Roger, at the ripe ole age of 2, came dressed in a blue snowsuit and his tennis shoes and wanted to 'help daddy feed'. Mind you, it was literally 0 degrees outside. But he went out that day and almost every day of his life and even the morning of Sunday November 12, 2017. Roger loved to hunt and fish. He was a very kind; gentle soul and he will be sorely missed.
Roger is survived by parents; Harold (Glenda) Strandberg of Danville, Jeanine (Rodney) Hendershot of Spokane, twin brother Russell (Tarra) Strandberg of Spokane and their children Blake and Sarah, brothers; Ryan Hendershot of Spokane, Dillion Strandberg of Danville, sister Mallory Strandberg of Reddick, FL and her son Baiden Torres, grandma Jeanette Strandberg of Danville, grandparents Bob and Carol Lievense of Curlew, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Oscar Strandberg of Danville.
A memorial service will be held at the Curlew Civic Hall on Saturday November 25th at 11:00AM with Clyde Ciallella officiating. Please make donations to any of your favorite charities in Roger's name.
