Richard L. Verbeck, age 84, of Tonasket died February 24, 2019 at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee. He was born January 1, 1935 in Tonasket to parents Lynn and Jessie Verbeck.
Richard grew up in Tonasket and on December 10, 1954 he married Leane Lewis. They continued to live in Tonasket and raise their family. He was a lifetime member of the Tonasket Eagles.
Richard is survived by his wife Leane at their home in Tonasket, children: John of Tonasket, Jim of Spokane, Rich of Tonasket and Janet (Glenn) Culver of Concrete, brothers: Howard of Idaho and Darrel of Seattle, 8 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents.
