Odeal R. Edwards, age 82, of Moses Lake, WA died August 18, 2018. She was born February 3, 1936 in Ferriday, LA to parents Albert and Eunice Keith. She was born and raise in Ferriday, LA & later married Willie Edward, her childhood sweetheart. They lived life briefly as a military family and after the war, they lived in Louisiana before moving to Moses Lake, WA to raise their 5 children. She spent her life working hard to provide for her family. She enjoyed visiting her cabin in Republic. She loved exploring in the woods and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a strong woman who had great faith and knew God was her provider and healer. She battled cancer several times. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her children: Willie Nathan Edwards, Jr, Sammy Albert Edwards, Jerry Edwards, & Penny Edwards, siblings: William Keith, James Keith, Billie Keith Hagan, & Jimmy Keith, 11 grandchildren, & 18 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Willie Nathan Edwards, daughter Becky R. Edwards Slatter, siblings: Robert Keith, Gerrie Keith, Earl K. Keith, Betty Jo Keith, Junebug Keith, Jeff Keith, Floyd Keith, & Linda Fay Keith.

A funeral service will be held Friday August 24, 2018 at 1:00PM at the Bergh Funeral Chapel in Republic, WA with Pastor Earl Nash officiating. A private internment will follow at the family cemetery in Keller.
