Larry Joe Duncan age 68 of Tonasket passed away on January 26, 2026 in Tonasket.  He was born on March 26, 1957 in Wenatchee to parents Cameron Arthur and Carmen Vesta (Thornton) Duncan.  Larry spent his life working at various jobs from the mill to the apple shed and plumbing.  His favorite job was at Cook's Cutting Edge working with his best friend, Fred.  He worked to service the community in their needs for running water regardless of their ability to pay.  Larry (Joe) had so many hobbies.  He loved everything outdoors including camping, fishing, hunting and dredging the river for gold.  He will be missed deeply and will be forever known as Larry the Water Guy.

Larry is survived by his children Adam Duncan and Samantha Duncan, brother Mike Duncan  sisters Mary Heredia and Darla Jackson and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death his parents and his brother.

There will be a Celebration of Life to be held in the Summer.
