Kay Layton Anderson, age 70, of Republic, Washington, died in Republic, Washington on November 7, 2021.

Kay was born November 10, 1950 to Cliff and Elaine Layton (later divorced). She married John Anderson on June 19, 1969. Kay worked as a NAC at the hospital in the 70s and even ran the local foodbank for a while. Her true loves were her animals and riding her horses. It was well known she loved them more than people. She was never afraid to tell you exactly what she thought of you or anyone else.

Kay is survived by husband John Anderson, daughter Julia Twamley (Trevor), son Daniel Anderson (Tosha), daughter JimieKay Anderson, sister Cheryl Grimm, 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and numerous other family and friends. Kay is preceded in death by her father Cliff Layton and mother Elaine Anderson.

There will be no services held per her wishes.
