She was born Dec 20 1963 in Toppenish Wa. The daughter of Clyde and Jean Purdy. She attended Granger and White Swan Schools, and received her GED at Grays Harbor College in Hoquim.
Jill enjoyed fishing, cooking,gardening and her entire Family. She was looking forward to building her own organic garden on their 4.5 acre home in Republic.
She married Stuart Almquist May18 2013 in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. She tended Bar at the Eagles Club in Republic. Jill lived her life the way she wanted to live it!
Jill is survived by her husband Stuart Almquist of Republic, Daughter Amanda Medcalf of Hoquiam, Son Zachary McClure of Olympia and 10 Grandchildren.
5 Sisters Rosie Curtis, Roberta Wilson of Harrah, Kathy Beck and Florence Tackett of Yakima, Alta Lowery of Selah, 5 Brothers Clyde Purdy of Sunnyside, Donnie Purdy of Burlington, Ks, Ronnie Purdy of
Toppenish, Jack Purdy (Twin Brother) of Othello, and James Purdy of Selah.
She is Preceded in Death By her Son Nathaniel Purdy, Parents Clyde and Jean Purdy, 3 Brothers Dale, Billy, David and 1 Sister Karen Serl.
A Celebration of life will be held on May 6 at 2pm at Sister Kathy's Yakima Home. (Potluck)
