Jeremy James Mallgren, age 36, of Spokane, WA died July 18, 2022 in Spokane. He was born October 10, 1985 in Spokane to parents Richard Mallgren & Margaret Stark.

As a child, Jeremy was a dedicated Boy Scout of Troop 413. Jeremy was very passionate about life and work. He completed the Heavy Diesel Equipment program at Spokane Community College and worked as a heavy diesel mechanic for a few years following his graduation. Jeremy moved on to pursue a career in the marine industry, starting out as the engineer of a fishing tender out of King Cove, Alaska. He later obtained his Merchant Mariner Credential as he worked as the assistant chief engineer of a cod long liner out of the Bering Sea. When Jeremy was not working on boats, he spent his days back in Spokane working as a painter.

Jeremy greatly enjoyed the outdoors and working on cars in his spare time. He was always learning something new and teaching others what he knew. Jeremy had a tremendously big heart, brilliant mind, and was eager to help anyone in need, anyway he could. He will be extremely missed by all.

He is survived by his parents Richard Mallgren & Margaret Stark, sister Jaime Mallgren, brother Jared Mallgren, & sister Devan Mallgren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday July 30 ^th , 2022 at 11:00AM at the Curlew Civic Hall with interment to follow at the Curlew Cemetery. A luncheon will follow at the Curlew Civic Hall.
