Howard Rouland's Obituary
Howard Rouland age 85 of Oroville died on Sunday, June 17, 2012 at North Valley Hospital in Tonasket. He was born on October 1, 1926 in Scottville Township, Illinois. Mr. Rouland served his country during World War II in the U.S. Navy. He lived in Oroville for many years, but would also spend time in Oliver, BC.
SERVICES
Memorial Services will be held on Monday, August 27, 2012 11:00 AM at the Oroville American Legion, Hodges Post#84.
