Fay Louise Smith Allen, 87, of Tonasket died October 11, 2013 at North Valley Extended Care in Tonasket.  She was born August 11, 1927 in Tonasket to Charles and Buella Smith.  Fay was a lifetime resident of Tonasket.   On April 24, 1945 she married Raymond Allen in Tonasket.  She spent many years working for Chief warehouse and the Regal Fruit warehouse. She was a member of the Tonasket Senior Citizens and the Tonasket Eagles.  For many years, Fay attended the Oroville Pentecostal Church .  She enjoyed her family, cooking, gardening and music.

SURVIVED BY

5 Sons:   Irvin of Indianapolis , Ill. , Ivan of Missouri , Ernest of Tonasket, Dale of Missouri and Randy of Wenatchee

2 Daughters: Dora Allen of Tonasket and Rosie Rhodes of Wenatchee

22 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 3 brothers, 2 sisters, and 2 daughters

SERVICES

Graveside services will be held Friday, October 25, 2013 at 10:30 A.M. at the Tonasket Cemetery with Pastor Leon Alden officiating. Church services will follow at 11:00 A.M. at the Tonasket United Church of Christ.  Memorials may be made to the American Heart or Diabetes Association.
