Donald James Miller age 81 of Loomis died on June 21, 2016 at his home in Loomis. He was born May 25, 1935 in Bridgeport, Washington to parents Dell and Sally Miller. As a child he moved to Loomis with his family where he attended school until the eighth grade. He then attended the Tonasket schools where he graduated from high school. Don lived his entire life in the Okanogan Valley and worked in the apple industry for local warehouses and owning his own orchard. He enjoyed collecting antiques and treasure hunting.

He is survived by 5 daughters, Dawna Miller of Wenatchee, Deborah Goodrich of Tonasket, Denise Clark of Omak, Diana Crimm of Omak and Leanne Blankenship of Clayton, 19 Grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Lew and Harold.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 8, 2016 11:00 AM at Omak Memorial Cemetery.
