Dave F. McNeese father, brother and friend age 71 passed away on April 3, 2015. Dave was born on September 14, 1943 to Floyd and Bernice (Bright) McNeese in Kirkland, WA. While a young boy the family moved back to the Okanogan area to Pogue Flat. His dad built a skating rink in 1949 where he spent many hours skating with his friends and siblings. In 1954 the family moved to Happy Hill. Dave loved the farm and had many good times hunting and farming as he grew up. He married Rebecca Goff in 1964 and together they had two children, Cammy and Ryan. In 1964 he started his career in construction working mostly on bridges; working in Alaska, Arizona, Washington, Idaho and Illinois. He later took a break from construction and worked for several excavating contractors fixing their equipment and then started a mechanic shop of his own. Dave liked hunting, fishing, barbecuing and going to motorcycle races. He will be missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include his mother Bernice, daughter Cammy (Kris) Johnson of Poulsbo, son Ryan (Julie) McNeese of Anchorage, Alaska, stepdaughters Brandi (Jake) Redden of Fairfax, Virginia and Dani McNeese of Everett and two step granddaughters. One brother Steve (Allison) McNeese of Omak, sisters Sharon McColm of Bothell, Gaynell McNeese of Spanaway and Mary (Dick) Raab of Okanogan and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Floyd McNeese.

A Celebration of Dave's life will be held Saturday, June 6, 2015
2:00 PM at the Annex of the Okanogan Agriplex.
